Cabin Service 

For over ten years P.J. & Associates, Inc. has been providing housecleaning services to vacation and rental cabin owners through out the Mother Lode. Give us a call or send an email in advance of your arrival and our team will ensure everything at your seasonal property is on, ready and working.

We provide “open” and “close” (winterizing) service for private and rental vacation cabins. The "open" procedure for a cabin includes:

1. Turn water on Turn heaters to desired temperature

2. Turn on water heater

The "close" or winterizing procedure includes:

1. Turning the water heater off (electric water heaters) or to "pilot" (gas water heaters) Setting heaters to off or desired temperature.

2. Turning water off, draining water pipes and adding antifreeze to all drains and toilets to prevent freezing.

In addition to “open/close” service we can provide standard and optional cleaning services as well. Just let us know what and when and we’ll get the job done!
