• We provide “open” and “close” (winterizing) service for private and rental vacation cabins. The "open" procedure for a cabin includes:
• Turn water on Turn heaters to desired temperature
• Turn on water heater
• The "close" or winterizing procedure includes:
• Turning the water heater off (electric water heaters) or to "pilot" (gas water heaters) Setting heaters to off or desired temperature.
• Turning water off, draining water pipes and adding antifreeze to all drains and toilets to prevent freezing.
• In addition to “open/close” service we can provide standard and optional cleaning services as well. Just let us know what and when and we’ll get the job done!
